“Party is terrible, rushed, disorganised and food is bad. We wait a lot to someone come to help on arrival and also got the room after our time because the previous party took their time to leave. We were rushed and kids had plates removed while they still eating. We were asked if we want to take away the leftover because still a lot of food there and we didn't cause it wasn't good. The park is very nice and lots of play area. So definitely worth to play, but never more to party there. Terrible experience. And I don't like bad reviews, but I got a email straight forward after the party to review it and I explained what happened, didn't get even a reply, then got an email with a random subject discussed previously the party, replied it with my feelings after party and once again was ignored. So just letting you guys know, they don't give a damn for customers feedback!”
