“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently held my daughter’s 13th birthday party at Golf Central, 1/40 The Circuit, DFO Brisbane, and what started as a confusing experience turned into one of the best days we’ve had. I had never been there before and honestly didn’t know where to go, where to sit, how to start our game, or how to order food. Unfortunately, I received mixed information at the start, which left me feeling flustered. When I explained this to Jason, the Driving Range Manager, he was genuinely embarrassed and immediately bent over backwards to make sure our day became something special for our daughter. He was extremely apologetic, proactive along with the restaurant manager Rhys, and caring. I genuinely cannot put into words how a communication breakdown turned into the best time I’ve ever had at a venue like this. The food was amazing, the drinks were fairly priced, and any service issues were completely rectified. What truly stood out was how the entire team, including Rhys, the Restaurant Manager, went above and beyond to ensure we ended up relaxing, enjoying ourselves, and just having fun. The most enjoyable part was how welcoming the whole team was — including Lachie, the food and beverage attendant, who was an absolute legend. From an uncertain start to an incredible finish, it was faultless by the end. Australia often lacks genuine customer service, but this team truly believes in owning mistakes and fixing them properly so customers leave with a positive experience. People make mistakes — what matters is how they’re handled, and this team nailed it. I’ve now ditched my monthly bowling outings and will be spending our time here playing putt putt and using the driving range instead. What more could you ask for than sitting back for an hour, watching the kids, eating great food, and enjoying a drink? And don’t even get me started on the food — the Mortadella Pizza with Hot Honey was AMAZING, and the beer selection from the brewery was endless. Thank you to Jason, Rhys, and Lachie for being compassionate, open-minded, and genuinely caring people. You turned an unfortunate moment into an unforgettable event. Special thanks to Lachie for the ice and wine too! We will absolutely be recommending Golf Central to everyone we know. No the didn’t pay me to write this, it’s a true story about a bad situation turning into a memorable moment. Go try for yourself !!”
