“I couldn’t be more happy about this place! It’s a very complete and well-equipped facility, with brand-new machines and plenty of space to train comfortably. They offer a wide variety of classes from early morning until evening, making it easy to fit workouts into any schedule. The gym also have a swimming pool, a warm-water pool, and a sauna. Although the sauna can get a bit crowded sometimes because it’s not very large, it’s still a great place to relax after training. I also want to highlight the excellent work of the staff, especially the lifeguard — a blonde lady with shoulder-length hair — who truly stands out for her professionalism and dedication. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her job and the safety of the members. Overall, an outstanding and highly recommended leisure center 🩵”

“✅ the gym is great, large range of equipment available and never seems overcrowded when I go. ✅ onsite crèche/childcare available all weekday mornings (lots of toys for all age groups and 1.5 hour time slots) ✅ kids swimming lessons in indoor pool are calm, not overcrowded and swim teachers experienced (Jodie & Debbie are excellent) Unfortunately some people doing heavy weights don’t use safety clips and the car park is heavily patrolled by a parking inspector who will happily hand out fines.”

“Clean crisp facilities, nice sauna with outside views. Good depth for the outdoor 50m, does get very busy during peak hour and parking can be a pest Last time I went I forgot my goggles which was annoying Secure lockers (love!!)”

“Took a client here who has mobility issues, was disappointed we couldnt walk in outside pool, it's all lined off for people doing laps apart from 1 lane and only a few metres that weren't too deep. Inside pool was 34 deg, 3/4s pool had aerobics on and rest of recreation pool had too many people in shallow end to do much.”
