The staff here are lovely, which is one of the biggest factors when considering going somewhere. I've been to Holey Moley Penrith a few times, and tonight was greeted by Leah at the front desk. She was absolutely lovely, so easy to work with, and her amazing customer service just made the night so much better! On top of this: the bowling alley is fun and well maintained, the mini golf courses are enjoyable and have great themes, and the bar staff make great cocktails. The arcade is also a lot of fun! Highly recommend coming here.

âEthan served us when we arrived at the front counter and was so nice, and later helped clear our tables in the food sections. Both interactions were really positive and genuinely made me want to come back because the service was so good. I love seeing staff who are well rounded in their role and confident across all aspects of the job. Huge shout out to Ethan for doing an exceptional job tonight. Thanks!â

âWe took our grandchildren here a few weeks ago on a Saturday. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. Good variety of games for all ages, restaurant and ten pin bowling đŗ. The kids had so much fun especially the mini golf âŗī¸ we would definitely come back here again đâ

âHad our daughter's 8th birthday here, it was excellent. The kids had so much fun. Food was great, even the adults enjoyed it. Monique our host was amazing, nothing was a problem and she was extremely attentive.â
