We had a group of boys behind us whilst watching Scream 7. They were yelling, whistling and throwing food all over the place. I got food thrown on me, and immediately went to inform the workers. The manager and staff were quick to remove the group from the cinema and apologised for the experience I had. They were absolutely fantastic and their customer service was amazing! Although the first half of my movie was bothered, the staff and management were outstanding, and I appreciate every single one of them for how they handled the situation! :)

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families who want a reliable local cinema with fast staff support and easy parking. The Xtremescreen format suits action films and animation. Families sensitive to worn seating should check the recliner condition on arrival. A HOYTS VIP membership adds meaningful value for regular visitors.

We watched The Running Man here. I thought as it was only Saturday, the cinema was full, but there were only 6 people including us. The recliner chair is great stretching the legs on it. Good experience.

The staff here are super nice and helpful. The whole venue is clean. There's an area to sit and eat. There are seats to sit down and get yourself sorted before entering your theatre. My only gripe is that in silent parts of your movie, you can hear the movies in the theatres next door. During some movies that doesn't matter, but recently we went on Friday 13th, for a horror movie. The quiet sections are supposed to build tension, but that was dispelled by the soundtracks in the nearby theatres

Starting to show its age, I know it wouldn’t be cheap but the recliner seats are starting to wear quite significantly. The sounds is about as what you would expect out of a regular screening room. I have heard better quality sound in other cinemas. But highly recommend becoming a Hoyt’s VIP member, the perks are well worth it… Toilets on a Sunday morning don’t look like they have been cleaned since the previous day
