We had an amazing experience at TreeClimb Salisbury today, October 4, 2025! We booked the KIDS COURSE (80 minutes) for my 4 yearold son, and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Jamie, who went above and beyond to support my son as he tried tree climbing for the first timeβ€”guiding him every step of the way and making the experience safe and fun. My son absolutely loved it and hasn’t stopped asking when we can go back! Thank you so much, TreeClimb Salisbury and Jamie, for making this such a memorable adventure! Highly recommended for all ages! Whether you’re with family, friends, or just looking to burn off some energy, TreeClimb offers a safe, fun, and unforgettable adventure! πŸ™Œ

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Outstanding for families with children aged 4 to 12, especially those who are nervous about heights. Staff actively accompany scared climbers, go up into the trees with them, and stay patient through freezing and tears β€” multiple reviewers report their child completed every course after starting terrified.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

⏰Use the practice track to help nervous kids build confidence before the main course

β€œFantastic experience. Really organised booking sessions and time slot is generous. There is a mini practice track which is reassuring for the kids & parents. The cafe has drinks and a few treats available. There is a playground so close to the tree climb so if you have younger siblings who can't yet climb alone, it's really easy to keep an eye on your climber & a little one. Parking is easy too. I will mention there is no signage heading into the tree climb and I didn't realise it was connected to the reserve. But if you're heading via Google maps it still takes you to the correct way and it's so obvious once you turn in anyway. Customer service is also really good when I had an issue, they resolved it quickly πŸ‘Œβ€

β€œI highly recommend the Salisbury tree climb, my son had a fear of heights and with the outstanding support and encouragement from the staff and throughout the day my son had completed all the courses. The manager was great and made sure that all staff was spread out to support all. My daughter got scared while trying to complete the second course and needed help to finish it, but the second go my daughter was able to complete the course on her own. Keep up the great work Salisbury Team!!!!”

β€œI brought my 4 year old and 10 year old to Salisbury Tree Climb and it was a great experience. My 10 year old had a blast and did the circuit numerous times but my 4 year old struggled, to the point where he was terrified and froze. Staff were amazing and so supportive to help him feel safe and get him moving.”
