I had such a great experience at Victoria Gardens Hoyts thanks to Matt. From the moment we arrived, he set the tone with his friendly attitude and helpfulness. He went above and beyond to make sure our cinema visit felt welcoming and smooth. The sound and picture quality in the theatre were spot on—perfectly immersive and exactly what you’d hope for when watching a movie on the big screen. No issues at all with volume, and it really made the whole film come alive. Snacks were fresh and tasty (the popcorn actually had flavour and was served hot!), and Matt made sure we had everything we needed before heading in. Even close to session times, he was still attentive and approachable, never rushing us or making us feel like we were an inconvenience. What stood out most was how genuinely passionate Matt seemed about customer service. He was approachable, upbeat, and actually cared that we had a good experience—something that makes such a difference compared to other cinemas I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Hoyts, and it’s staff like Matt who make it such an enjoyable place to visit. Highly recommend!

“Great theatre with plenty of space. $10 movies Sunday before 10am. There’s the food court in the centre for you to grab a bite to eat. Parking is not free but you can scan your receipts to get it free.”

“Just an okay cinema really. Its clean enough and the cinemas themselves get the job done. The staff are friendly but dont seem vierly enthusiastic either. Fine for casual viewing but wouldnt go here if youre after a proper experience”
