Staff handling malfunctions are quick and willing to refund credits on broken machines — ask before purchasing a large credit load. Weekday visits outside school holidays offer the best chance of a fully staffed floor.

“Called in to make a booking and was helped by the most darling woman of all time named Justine. She was so sweet and charming, seriously a joy to talk to. Total sweetheart, and if her service is indicative of the rest of the staff, then I am thrilled to be going :)”

“*2026 Edit* 5 Stars turned to 2 stars. We had a disappointing and frustrating visit to Iplay Belconnen today. They have rearranged the games and added some new ones which we were excited about, however 50% or more of the games had some issue with it. Some were completely out of order, some were missing the balls/equipment required to play it, and some did not count scores like they should. 2 out of the four skeeball machines were not working (one had no balls, and one was out of order). The soccer machine game was out of order. The Typhoon game was out of order. The clown whacking game’s scoring system was not working. The Monopoly game was out of order. Out of the four basketball games in the corner only 1 of them scores correctly. Balls were missing from the basketball games also. One player of the two-player flappy bird was broken. Additionally, the venue is significantly understaffed to the point where the front desk and “prize area” were unstaffed for 5-10 minutes at a time. I understand that there was a Birthday Party that the staff had to attend to, but their should at least be someone behind the front desk at all times. The air conditioning is also not sufficient for the space. 2024 Review IPlay serves as a great spot spot for kids as well as a nostalgic place for childish adults! I have attended a child's birthday party, and have brought my younger cousins to play there as well. IPlay packs a lot in its' medium-size venue, The arcade is fun and has lots of game options. The laser tag, dodgems and bowling were a great addition to the birthday party.”

“We had a party here and they were extremely understaffed on a weekend of the school holidays. Everything was delayed and laser tag was even working.They also dont have any plastic spoons or forks for the cake. Absolutely shitty service would not recommend any money to be spent on a party”
