We recently held our daughter’s birthday party at Kingpin, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! A special thank you to Hiba and Sophey — they were absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, organised, and genuinely caring. They made sure everything ran smoothly and helped us manage the kids and activities so effortlessly. Their professionalism and warm attitude really made the party stress-free for us as parents. Our daughter had a fantastic time, and all the kids loved it. Highly recommend Kingpin for birthday parties — and if you’re lucky enough to have Hiba and Sophey assisting you, you’re in great hands!

“I would just like to start off by saying thank you to Nate. His customer service was amazing, and he was always happy to answer questions and talk with the kids. He was extremely patient and helpful, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I was honestly impressed by the way he handled everything, especially how well he interacted with the children. He made them feel comfortable and it was clear that he genuinely cared. He did an excellent job and made a really positive impression.”

“I had my daughter’s birthday party at kingpin Canberra recently and it was a great experience. The food was nice. Our host Bella was extremely helpful even though there were hiccups at the start with people coming late. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure the experience was great for children. I would highly recommend king bin for anyone looking for an effort. . “Lovely, kind, attentive staff who go out of their way to make you have a good time. Special shout out to Clara and the guy with the owl house badge who went above and beyond. We had a fun time with karaoke, bowling and the arcade with the school holidays pass and the food was yummy too. Thanks all.”
