Always enjoy my visit here. Today my girlfriend and I were playing the Willy Wonka machine when it malfunctioned and didn’t give us a card it was supposed to. The gentleman working fixed it quickly and gave us the card all with a smile on his face. Thank you, great staff at this venue :)
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A reliable rainy-day stop on the Central Coast for families with kids who enjoy arcade variety. Staff responsiveness to broken machines is the venue's strongest asset — games that malfunction get fixed quickly or credits restored.

“Took my kids here over the weekend and they had an absolute blast. There was such a great variety of games, and even though a few weren’t working at the time, it didn’t bother them at all, they still found plenty to enjoy. We were helped by a staff member named Cassie, who is currently training, and she was absolutely lovely. She was super helpful, very polite and friendly, and so patient while my kids took forever to decide which prizes they wanted. On every visit we’ve had, all staff members have always been polite, friendly, and respectful. A great experience overall and we’ll definitely be back.”

“Had a lovely time at Iplay Tuggerah. The machines were playing up a bit but Tynan was only too happy to help fix them. Tynan was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a positive experience.”

“Came in excited to play some games, left feeling like I’d paid admission to a museum of broken machines. Well over half the machines were either out of order, frozen, eating credits, or just straight-up pretending to work. You know it’s bad when you start celebrating just finding a game that actually turns on. The vibe? Pure neglect. The place feels like it’s running on autopilot with zero care for whether anything works or not. Staff look like they’ve already given up, which honestly tracks with the condition of the machines. Nothing like feeding your money into a machine just to watch it die in front of you. Over and over. And over. If you enjoy broken games, wasted money, and the lingering sense that no one in charge gives a single damn — this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.”
