1 / 2Jells Park Playscape
📍 Wheelers Hill, VIC
Adventure playscape at Wheelers Hill featuring Yabbie Hill sensory play, cubby houses, rope course, giant sandpit with turtle sculptures, water pumps, and a wheelchair-accessible merry-go-round set in Jells Park bushland.
We went to this really nice playground with the kids during the school holidays. It was a clear, sunny day, perfect for some outdoor fun. The playground was great for both the little ones and the adults. What made it stand out were all the different play equipment they had. I've never seen such a variety in one place before. Plus, they had a barbecue area, a nice café, clean restrooms, and you could even go for bike rides nearby. The best part was the big lake where you could watch the little fish. It was a fantastic day out for the family!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 3 and up who can navigate slopes and varied terrain independently. The unique ancient ruin design and bushland integration make this genuinely different from standard suburban playgrounds. Toddlers who are just learning to walk and elderly visitors should take care — there are multiple slopes and uneven ground throughout.

“This is a beautiful park that has just been built. The design is very ingenious. It looks like an ancient ruin. The park is located on top of a hill, so you can enjoy the wonderful view.”
