1 / 3Kids World Adventure Playland & Cafe - Bankstown
π Punchbowl, NSW
Air-conditioned indoor play centre with dedicated under-5s and over-5s zones, wheelchair access, baby-change facilities, and on-site cafe. Security exit-code system prevents children leaving without a parent.
Beautiful centre and staff attentive, kind and welcoming! I had phone issues and my phone wasn't charging, they even tried all their ports and chords for me and did everything to help! My 2 year old loves coming here and it's clean, spacious and adventurous! Thank you
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and primary-age kids who want a long, unstructured indoor session. The age-separated zones mean younger children aren't crowded out by bigger kids.

βI spent the day here today (weekday) and I wasn't sure what to expect based on the mixed reviews but my child had a wonderful time - we were there until close as they didn't want to leave! The staff were super friendly, I was here most of the day and near the end of the day I watched them wipe virtually everything down with disinfectant for more than an hour which was a surprise, again, based on the reviews. Tables were continuously cleaned throughout the day. Because it was school holidays they ran a special disco twice on the day and my child loved it! A staff member came and found me to let me know the disco was on because my child hadn't gone in yet which I thought was so lovely. Loads to do for kids of all ages, and younger kids (under 5) have a separate area. Good visibility throughout. Safe entry and exit practices. Yes, you can't bring your own food in but there is plenty to purchase and it is a tradeoff because your ticket enables you to play as long as you like - the sessions aren't timed and adults + bubs are free. We will be back.β

βNice place. Really good system about not letting anyone exit with kids unless the code is presented. Nice big play area. Divided among the different age groups. They need to place some staff inside the play areas to ensure incidents and bullying can be handled right away. No major incident happened in front of me but just a suggestion. Coffee was average . Nachos disappointed but last time it was better. The wedges went off loved it with the cram and sauce. . Prices can seem slightly higher especially if you have many kids with you. But itβs not everyday you go there also adults entry is free. Would recommend and would go again.β

βPoor lighting (some spots are literally dark...refer to photos attached), poor ventilation (especially busy hours) and poor cleaning (you can easily notice dust from months..refer to attached photos). Expensive cafe menu. These things for parents to be aware of as kids won't mind, they can see good options of equipments.β

Overview
Kids World Bankstown spans a fully air-conditioned indoor space with clearly divided play zones for under-5s and over-5s. All-day unlimited play with no re-entry restrictions. A coded exit system means no child can leave without the accompanying adult's code. On-site cafe, birthday party rooms, and pram access throughout. Weekday visits are consistently reported as quieter and cleaner than weekend sessions.
