I came here today for a date with my husband as we havenβt been without our 2.5yo since she was born and we were overdue for some time for ourselves. We first walked in were greeted with a smile. Everything was explained to us so well and all the staff seemed to genuinely love their jobs and want to be there. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating. Activities were recommended to us and explained very well. We were shown where everything was located, how to play each of the games, how the arcade worked and how to go about ordering food and drinks. We had so much fun bowling and doing the virtual darts as well as playing in the arcade and enjoying a delicious lunch and a few drinks. It was such an amazing experience all around and we canβt wait to go back for more dates as well as family days with our daughter. Thanks to all the team who were so lovely, kind and helpful and gave us the best memories! π₯°
π Family Action Verdict
A strong pick for birthday parties and family outings where kids span a wide age range β younger children gravitate toward bowling with bumpers and claw machines, older kids and teens hit laser tag and escape rooms. Staff are praised for genuinely caring service that makes first-timers feel looked after.

βCame here on my tafe break and had a great time with a workmate. Christina had great customer service and the crew looked after us like champions. The service was smoother than my bowls (not hard). 10/10 would recommend, they make it real easy to slide through the gutters, just my style. Still won, great time.β

βReception was great, lovely front desk worker. Explained pricing for activities and arcade very well. Bowling was great, the lanes are great. My one feedback would be that all the balls are the same colour (different weights) so when with children got to have a closer eye to make sure their picking up a 6 not the 10 ball. But easy process to book, set up the lane how you want (names, bumpers) and you can order food at the lane and theyβll bring drinks and food to you. Standard bowling alley food, not amazing but not bad. The arcade was big and had a variety of machine, kid was able to win stuff from the claw machine (three claw games mostly which is great as much easier than two claw ones). But unfortunately a lot of the games were down and not operational, and some that were running when started glitched like no balls came out. The staff were very good for crediting back the money to the account when asked, but it must be a common thing for those games as they just said to avoid that machine. Felt awkward going back a few times to get the credits for the broken games. But ultimately the kid had a blast and when we went had buy and get double promotion going so had more credits to spend. Lots of drinking cups left unattended in the arcade area, lack of cleaning the areas. Would recommend, but probably myself wouldnβt come back anytime soon.β
