Kingpin Bowling - Townsville

“KIDS PLATINUM PARTY PACKAGE! Booked for 8 kids in total online with $150 deposit, paid the remaining on the day but only for 6 kids that attended. chose 2 activities: bowling and 3 rounds of laser tag with Arcade time last to do. Also booked in the package - 10 adults for finger foods. You get three choices and I’ve chosen; * 1 x Southern fried chicken bites (tender chicken strips with spicy sauce) * 1 x New York beef sliders (mini beef burgers) * 1 x Chip tasting board (3 different types of chips which were plain original, cheese on top plain chips and sweet potato chips) for the New York beef sliders; One parent took a bite and the meat paddy was pink in the middle. not sure if thats how it’s supposed be but she was immediately put off. I told staff about it cause we checked 3 more and seemed it was all the same. staff said it could be a long wait if we got a new batch of sliders (party would of been done by then as the food was bought out in the last hour also it was pretty busy day) so they’ve offered a refund instead. food was booked for 10 people so one per head. 10 x sliders, 10 x southern fried chicken strips, and three large chips. Upon arrival party host gave 2 free drink vouchers Table was set with these cute kingpin tumblers, warheads lollie bags, paper crowns, birthday kid (my son) got additional big plushie teddy, plushie crown, velvet present sack and a massive card signed by all staff on shift. when the kids arrived; Jessie our Party host asked each kid for their names and what they’d like for lunch. options were.. chips with; a burger, pizza or nuggets. started off with bowling: while kiddies were playing and settled in Jessie bought out drinks and a snack which was popcorn, 2x soft drink jugs and a jug of water. she apologised as the snacks usually comes with chocolates and marshmallows but unfortunately they’ve ran out. arcade: had the first couple of minutes with just playing on red and yellow machines and then Jessie would let the kiddies know when it was time to play on any machines using their $30 credit. Jessie is such a lovely girl, she did a wonderful job👏🏾 Informed me with what was happening next and made sure not only the party kids were taken care of but us parents too. She made sure we were seated and served with the food and drinks that were ordered. Thank you for your awesome customer service Jessie 🙂”
