The manager promptly kicked out a row of loud and obnoxious teens seated behind us after a complaint, and gave our autistic little sister a free ice cream after she was overwhelmed and upset by their behaviour (and mocked by them). We've never really had an issue at Readings before tonight, so I'm very happy with the compassion of the staff and the consideration for the rest of the audience. :)

“Quiet, nice and clean. Manager was friendly and helpful with explaining the loyalty program/app they have to offer. Nice little outing without the kids. Plenty of parking available, with disability parking onsite. You also have a variety of restaurants in the vicinity if ya wanna have a feed. 🍿🎥🎬”

“My son and i went and watched a movie recently and was happy with everything except the theatre we were in was a bit humid. Most theatres are actually a little chilly so it was a little uncomfortable.”
