From start to finish, the entire experience was completely stress-free, which is exactly what every parent hopes for on a party day. They were incredibly accommodating with our halal food requirements, which meant so much to us and was handled with care and respect. The kids had the best time — nonstop fun, laughter, and excitement — while the space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very safe for little ones. What truly made the day special was the team. Lisa and Kiva went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail, kindness, and support throughout the event allowed us to relax and actually enjoy the celebration with our family and friends. “I was looking for something fun to do for my son’s birthday so brought him here for high tea and a play. We had the best time! We had a beautiful high tea with many delicious treats and great coffee. The centre was so clean - and they were very quick to tidy any mess. Everything was in fantastic condition and the staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful. Flora was extremely hospitable when organising my son’s special day. She had great communication. Emily was so kind to my son and made him feel extra special on the day. Thank you! 🙏”

“This amusement park is amazing! The little train is very fun and the kids absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There are many facilities and attractions to enjoy, so children never get bored. They also provide free drink vouchers and kids’ meals, which is very thoughtful. Great value and a perfect place for family fun. Highly recommended! 🎢🚂”

“Amazing area for your kids to play and eat. The food is amazing, the staff are extremely friendly, the equipment is clean and very fun. I have come here many times and enjoyed every time I’ve visited. Come here if you want to have extraordinary entertainment. Ps. Going on the train is an engaging experience and the staff interact with them by showing different animals.”
