Special shoutout to the lovely Danielle who served us upon entry at the booth. Very welcoming, warm, friendly and full of smiles. Very helpful as it was our first time. Lovely park, huge area to explore. Lots of area for carpark. Staff in the cafe were also friendly and lovely. The savoury muffin is absolutely delicious we had to take one home as well. Many sculptures to explore. Gorgeous views from the cafe!
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children who engage with art discovery â the outdoor sculptures have a treasure-hunt quality that works well for school-age kids. Younger children respond to the large-scale works and open garden spaces. The indoor gallery suits those with an existing interest in contemporary art.

âA super quirky place which is full of interesting sculptures from various artists. Fans of contemporary art and sculplture will likely find some inspiration from walking around but I can imagine it's not to everyones tastes. There were a few sculptures missing from their plinths in the section located further back in the forest area which led to some confusion and some areas felt a little forgotten but overall it was an interesting experience.â

âEnjoyed our visit with friends to McClelland Sculpture Park. Some very interesting works of various sizes well positioned around the main building, pond and treelined walkways. Paths well maintained and would suit all fitness levels. Dogs on lead allowed throughout plus outdoor and under cover patio dining at Harry's Cafe. Adequate free parking on site. Allow 2 hours to comfortably amble, chat and appreciate.â
