She knows how to work with all skill levels and personalities. My kids have gained so much confidence in the water thanks to her guidance. “Monbulk Pool is truely amazing, especially for children's birthday parties. We have had a few of our kids choose to have a pool party, some at Knox Leisureworks, but also here- and I personally would choose to have them at Monbulk every time! We have had 2 parties here now in the past year, and both times we have had Shae and Amy as our hosts, they are both so engaging with the children the whole time; they make every child feel included and go out of their way to help the nervous swimmers by keeping an eye out for them and offering lifejackets, noodles, etc.- safety is their number one priority which we loved, especially enforcing rules and regulations on the inflatable. They also keep a professional rapport with us parents, checking up on the food, and if there was anything else we needed. highly recommend them both if you have a party at Monbulk pool, as they are so well trained for this job!”
