The complex is stunning. It's an amazing space with fantastic facilities. The Hydro pool is very large and sectioned off from the main pool which makes it pleasurable. The sauna is definitely the highlight for me.

“The facility itself is great with good infrastructure and modern amenities. Unfortunately, the customer service really lets it down, staff don’t pay attention to queries and the training team comes across as highly unprofessional. With better service, this place could be excellent.”
