I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the North Melbourne Recreation Centre Team and especially to Juanita, the Customer Services Officer, for their support in helping me locate my missing scooter in the bush. I truly appreciate the prompt response to my email regarding the CCTV footage at the parking area—it was incredibly helpful in recovering the scooter I had parked earlier. I’ve been a proud member of the YMCA for years, and I’m always grateful for the outstanding service and care provided to members. “Whenever I think about the gym, first and the foremost thing comes to my mind is “Listen to the iron, it can change your life” So a proper gym should have free weights, machines and an aerobic section for cardiovascular exercises. So I prefer this Recreation Centre. The trainers are very friendly and gives proper instructions. This is my favourite gym!!!”

“Gyms a little small but manageable, there’s no longer accessible lockers for fitness passport users and the toilets and change rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. But two of the receptionists are an absolute pleasure to speak to Georgia and Kayla and may have convinced me to start a membership with your facility’s.”

“A very small space. Opening hours are very limited and costs the same as a full service gym. Overall it does the job and the staff are friendly.”
