1 / 3P1 Entertainment Complex
π Hindmarsh, SA
Multi-activity complex with indoor go-karting on junior and senior tracks, arcade games, golf simulators, and a bar and restaurant. Junior karts start at age 6. Best suited for older children and teen groups or birthday events.
Came here with a group of friends and we were so impressed by the venue and facilities and how much they have to offer under one roof! This place is brand new (only opened in January) and you can tell from the Go carts and the race course. I really enjoyed the double carts, so I can sit back and enjoy my partners driving skills, don't forget the boost button on the side if you want to go fast! The food was also so delicious, loved the fried chicken and the dumplings! And it was my first time playing virtual golf and loved the options and courses you can play, it was a bit hard bit we got the hang of it. And the selection of arcade games were epic, the fairy floss machine was cool. If you ever want to have some fun with a group of friends, then check this place out, would be perfect also for a birthday party or function venue too!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 8 and older who want go-karting as the headline attraction. The multi-activity setup suits birthday groups. Confirm arcade machines are operational on arrival before committing to game credits, and expect strict track safety calls that may shorten kart sessions.

βWent to P1 today for my sonβs birthday with a few of his mates. Didnβt book a party but the lads got to have their own sessions. Amazing facilities. Such a cool set up, 100% will aim to come back soon! The boys had a great time, food menu looks amazing too.β

βGo spend your $$ elsewhere, unless you want to deal with unpleasant and haughty track kart staff, who will use the little power that their job gives them by depriving you of having fun properly after spending more than $1000 for what was supposed to be a private event. Preventing 8 people of finishing their race because we are not pro drivers and sometimes we touch each other in the curves is just stupid. Guys, if you donβt like customers well.. just change your occupation All other staff (all woman actually) were great and lovely! Reply to P1 answer: The fact there are so many negative reviews about the go karting only reiterates the fact the staff are rude, on a power trip and uncooperative. I donβt think putting 2 clearly slower drivers with a group of 8 was a smart choice. These 2 drivers were horrificly slow and according to your safety video didnβt get out of the way when being overtaken. We were here for RACING not just cruising. There was no room for error according to your staff. There was never an intentional contact from our end, just crashing a bit into others because he had to brake quickly because the other drivers were stopping in the curves or in the middle of the track, and we all try to avoid them but ended up crashing other ppl because of it. Just consider that mixing a dad and his teenage with 8 other adults wasnβt a smart choice for that girl! So youβre the one that put herself in danger and didnβt take in consideration her age and her driving ability. Perhaps if your prices and staff were not so rediculous and petty we would come back and potentially practice our driving so we could improve our driving skills.β

βSaving grace for this place is the go karts are ok. Arcade half the machines are broken and donβt really work, the golf clubs for hire are what Noah used on the ark and they didnβt have any drivers to use. Pretty poor for how much it costs. The cherry on top, the fairy floss machine malfunctioned and in order to get a refund you have to contact a 3rd party to organise it. Wish we stopped at the go karts, probably would have gone back. $250+ not very well spent.β

Overview
P1 Entertainment Complex in Hindmarsh runs junior karts at up to 30km/h and senior karts at up to 50km/h on separate tracks. Golf simulators and a large arcade round out the offer. The venue suits group bookings and birthday events well on paper. Arcade machine reliability is a recurring issue β multiple reviews cite broken games across the floor. Go-kart mechanical faults mid-session have also been reported.
