“We recently celebrated our son’s birthday at Inflatable World Ringwood, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and very well organised, which made the whole celebration smooth and stress-free. As a parent, that meant everything. The venue was clean, bright, and spacious, with a great variety of inflatables that kept all the children excited and active for the entire party. The staff were attentive and ensured the children were safe while still allowing them to have maximum fun. The party area was set up perfectly for food and cake cutting, and everything ran on time without any rush. The team was always nearby to help, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. What made the day truly special was seeing how happy and confident my son felt celebrating his birthday there. All the parents shared positive feedback, and the kids went home tired and smiling. “Had such a great experience at Inflatable World Ringwood! My daughter celebrated her 4th Birthday here and the girl who assisted with the party was so incredibly kind and helpful! We ordered several coffees and they come out quite quickly considering there were only a couple of young adults serving and although we were the only party on at the time, the centre was relatively busy! I think they did a wonderful job! Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the centre and the service, would definitely come back!”

“Great venue, staff were very helpful, the amount of party food provided for the kids was very impressive. Only down fall is considering cost per head of kid it was a little disappointing that session is timed and asked to vacate. Also the deadline to leave party room feels very rushed. Overall party was a great success.”

“We hosted a party for my son here this Sunday. The party price itself was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the food pricing was completely unacceptable. I asked for a menu with prices but wasn’t given one—only told that outside food wasn’t allowed (which is fine). For 8 kids, I ordered 1 pizza and 2 serves of wedges, and the total came to $120. The pizza was $30 and very basic (similar to a supermarket or Costco pizza), and the wedges were $45, which is extremely overpriced for the quality. I expected higher prices than outside food, but not 3x normal pricing for very average food. At other indoor play centres, party food is usually bundled into packages and works out to around $30–$40 per child, often including pizza, sides, and drinks. Paying $120 for such minimal, low-quality food is not reasonable. Conclusion: The venue is fine for kids’ parties, but do not order food. Bring full kids, eat before you arrive, or plan food elsewhere. The food experience seriously let the place down.”
