“We had an amazing experience last night! From the moment we arrived around 6:30 until we left after 10, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right. The environment was spotless, and the music was vibing. The games were so much fun, especially the bowling part. It was the best together with friends. The food was absolutely top-notch—definitely a highlight of the night. I couldn’t have asked for a better time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great evening out! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩”

“A nice place to enjoy time with friends or family. I am captivated by its unique and breathtaking ambience, which sets it apart from other places. Visiting in the morning was a fantastic idea, as there were fewer crowds, allowing us to fully relish the experience. The staff there were very friendly. However, for those unfamiliar with Chadstone, finding it for the first time might be a little challenging.”

“It's a shame to give this place 3 stars but our experience was unfortunately cut short. The layout was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the decor and the fact it was set in train station. Bravo on that front as we loved immersing ourselves! That being said, we had a booking to play 1 game and as we got to the 4th-5th round, the staff member came up to us and said we had 20minutes left. Sure enough 20minutes went by and a message popped up saying our game had ended. We had maybe 2 rounds left and there were 3-4 free bowling lanes available next to us. Before we had time to figure out what happened, the next customer came into our area (who wasn't with a staff member mind you) and started setting up for their game. We also couldn't understand why the staff member couldn't give us more time or see that we were nearly finished as at that point we were on the 9th-10th round. It was a confusing process and meant our experience was cut short which was disappointing. It was our yearly Christmas catch up with our friendship group and it wasn't the best way to spend it considering it was a close game and we couldn't determine the winner. Wish I could have given this more stars but my experience wasn't the best here nor was our groups. Sorry Strike.”
