“Highly Recommend Karla & Deanna We hosted our son’s 4th birthday party yesterday at Timezone & Zone Bowling Dee Why, and Karla and Deanna were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they took complete control in the best possible way. It was a loud, high-energy party with a very large group of excited four-year-olds, and they managed everyone seamlessly. The kids were guided calmly and confidently through each activity, making sure every child felt included and had the best time across bowling, games and celebrations. What really stood out was how well they balanced both the children and the parents. They kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and ensured parents were comfortable and looked after while the kids were fully engaged. Meals were handled thoughtfully, with options provided and everything distributed smoothly despite the size of the group. As parents, all the usual party stress simply disappeared. Karla and Deanna hosted with such professionalism, warmth and control that we were able to actually enjoy the celebration. Thank you both for making it such a fantastic and memorable day. “Baxter was the host for my son’s 7th birthday party, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was well‑mannered, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire event. He kept me informed about what was happening next and how much time we had left in each activity, which made everything feel organised and stress‑free. He even offered me a coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. Baxter was amazing with the kids — he knew exactly how to handle them and how to grab their attention when needed, keeping everyone engaged and having fun. My friend is hosting a party at Timezone Ryde this week and mentioned how much she wished Baxter was working there to host her son’s party too. That really says it all.
