“Wow! What an experience at True Fairy’s! I honestly can’t remember a time I’ve had such a genuinely beautiful experience with any company. From the very first email to the moment we walked out with our Santa photos, the entire team made us feel valued, understood, and completely looked after. I emailed the day before to let them know we’d be running late, totally my mistake, and they replied with so much kindness. They assured me it was okay, added a note to my file, and explained we might just need to wait a little. Then, to make things more chaotic, we accidentally went to the wrong location (Croydon!). When I called in a panic, I spoke to the loveliest person, Jessica, who calmly let me know we weren’t far and that they would wait for us. Her reassurance meant everything. When we arrived, we were greeted by two beautiful, positive, chirpy women who made us feel instantly welcome. We barely waited a minute before heading in for our Santa session. And Santa… gave it 100%. My kids had the best time. They were glowing—laughing, talking, completely comfortable. The photographer was just as wonderful: patient, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we got magical moments. I’m still so impressed by the level of service and genuine care. This was more than Santa photos, this was an experience. My partner, my children, and I left feeling uplifted and grateful. We’ll absolutely be back next year. To the beautiful True Fairy’s team—thank you. You created such a friendly, flexible, heart-warming experience for our family. We’re even talking about hosting my daughter’s birthday here because of how incredible the staff were. If you’re thinking about Santa photos, look no further. “I took my friend (26) here for her birthday. It was beautiful from the moment we got there the place is beautiful inside and out. There was a couple of birthday parties happening for little ones but there was no noise pollution between the rooms. Ambience was incredible in every room. We had high tea in the library. Did a potion class and had a good laugh with the fairies. The service was wondering the fairies were very friendly, sweet and accommodating. The roleplay was fun to join in on. I will definitely go back. Next time with more friends. Thank you for everything”

“Highly recommend this place to both family and friends. I believe it is a magical place full of wonder, great for children even adults who want to connect to their inner child. We went to fairy and gnome picnic it was a fantastic day weather was perfect. We both got in touch with our own inner child we will definitely become regular customers for sure. The cafe has lots of different food options and playground is perfect for families. Every room in fairy house has a different theme. They can organize kids birthday parties there as well.”

“Fantastic, mystical and wonderful experience. High tea at True fairies is simply magical. We enjoyed a lovely high tea with sandwiches, scones, tea and some magical juice followed by a spell making session with a fairy! This activity delighted everyone in the family across a wide range of ages! They had a number of rooms and some people were having a magical children’s party!! Loved it!!!”
