Great value for package price, our host was very accommodating & looked after our group thank you Shania! Huge spaces catering for all ages, so much jumping fun & kids enjoyed the laser tag experience too. “Let’s Eat Pizza” on site great added value to the experience of eating authentic delicious pizzas!!”

“Amazing venue and service and staff and pizza we did the kids birthday parties here for our 14 year old and 9 year old kids and they both had a blast! Their friends were happy and well fed and entertained and the parents who decided to stay were also treated to nice pizzas and coffee... plenty of parking and very highly recommended for an all inclusive service for kids parties! Shout out to our host Chloe who did an amazing job! Thank you!!”

“We had a wonderful time at 360 action park for my son’s birthday party. My son and his friends were super happy and enjoyed to the fullest. We decided to change the party package after booking, the manager was kind enough and assisted us with the changes and suggestions. The staff were well organised and arrangements were timely . The pizzas from Lets Eats Pizza were really good.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. The venue is very small and overcrowded. There is barely any seating for adults, which makes it uncomfortable for parents supervising their children. The entire space feels chaotic and cramped rather than organised and family-friendly. The pricing is excessive for what is offered. For the size and facilities available, it simply does not represent good value for money. One of the biggest issues was the lack of clear communication and consistent rules. There was no clear guidance on whether parents need to pay to access trampoline areas, how supervision works, or what the expectations are. Staff members appeared unsure of their own policies and did not seem to communicate with one another. During our visit, we were approached four to five times by different staff members, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Instead of creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment, it felt overly monitored and disorganised. When we chose to leave, we were offered a refund, but only as a gift card. Given our experience, we have no intention of returning, so this was not a reasonable resolution. The party zone was particularly disappointing. It looked dull and uninviting, with very little atmosphere or excitement. For a children’s celebration space, it felt quite sad and uninspired, not somewhere you would imagine hosting a memorable birthday party. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It is small, crowded, overpriced, and poorly managed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money.”
