“I bring my son here almost every week, he loves it. Usually never have a problem with the customer service however today I waited 35 minutes for 1 milkshake. There were only 5 other customers in the whole centre at the time, between placing my order and it arriving I didn’t see any other customers place any orders. Not sure why it took so long? Gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had forgotten my order. So I approach the staff and asked if my order had been forgotten as it had been half an hour since I placed the order. The woman working says to me quite rudely “your order hasn’t been forgotten, I’m about to get to it now”. Huh??? I almost would’ve preferred she tell me my order was accidentally forgotten and then apologised. I didn’t get any apology for the wait at all. I’m sorry but a 35 minute wait for 1 milkshake is absolutely ridiculous considering she said my order WASN’T forgotten. Poor customer service today, I’m really disappointed considering I’m a loyal customer who comes every week and spends at least $50 there each visit.”

“I used to love taking my little kid here. Unfortunately they no longer cater to toddlers. The new ‘toddler area’ now permits children up to the age of 6 to play in there. I felt that the safety of my 1 year old was in jeopardy with 6 year olds running around her.”
