1 / 2KemizO Entertainment Centre - Pakenham
π Pakenham, VIC
Multi-activity entertainment centre in Pakenham with laser tag across 15 levels, roller skating rink, auto-belay rock climbing, SkyWalk obstacle course, arcade games, and a toddler play area.
Skating, climbing, laser tag, coin games, food and drinks, toddler play area and birthday rooms. This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and nice. Can cater for birthdays. Kids loved it as well as adults. To the amazing team member Janet and Jacob, thank you.
π Family Action Verdict
The best fit is budget-conscious families with school-age kids who want genuine activity variety without a premium price tag. Skating and rock climbing deliver value for the cost. Bring your own skates if you have them β the hire stock has worn-out pairs with broken fittings. Visit on Sunday afternoons for the quietest floor.

βThis review is for the skating only. Reading the other reviews, we didnβt expect much. We were pleasantly surprised, though there is room for improvement, too. Pros The rink is a reasonable size, and mostly smooth (apart from in a few places - see cons below). Itβs definitely skateable. We thought it would be worse, going off the reviews here. The staff were kind and helpful. They didnβt kick us off the rink when the session ended either, so we got a little more skating time in. We had a couple ok coffees and the chips were tasty. No games or speed skating - we loved this, as it gave us the freedom to get some good practice in, and just enjoy grooving to the music. This was the best thing about the experience, in our opinion. It was only $15, which is cheaper than any other risk weβd been to. We brought our own skates, so canβt comment on their condition. The music was pretty good, with a mix of hits back to the 80s. The rink was uncrowded when we visited (Sun afternoon), which was refreshing. Cons The rink could be in better condition - there are two joins forming lines across the surface that are rather rough and what looks like old gum (not sticky) was stuck in a few places (this was in the corners, so didnβt really affect us). Skating was in one direction only - there were signs to tell you which direction to skate in. Our chips took a while to come, but not too bad. The womenβs toilets were clean, apart from the floors, which were dusty and could have used a going over. The menβs was clean, but smelled a little. The smell did not escape the toilets, which some other reviews mentioned, so that was a relief.β

βCame across this place when my 9yr old granddaughter was staying with me & I looked local to see what indoor activity places were nearby. Found KemizO & she chose to do rick climbing & roller skating. We spent a couple of hours there & she had a ball & only cost $22 all up for both those - also included in price was the skate hire. Would definitely take her there again.β

βOnly 1 bathroom so not great for kids even though it's designed for kids, staff where nice, the sky walk looked completely not worth it I didn't bother with rock climbing or later tag after reading other reviews the skating rink was pretty clean but there wasn't anyone telling people not go the way the signs point to avoid crashes or to not eat ect so there was some gum on the rink and stuff which was yuck. With our own skated it was a pretty cheap day but still not particularly impressed and the party rooms I walked past were dark and creepy definitely wouldn't have a party there in future. Would only go back to skate as we did this time cause it wasn't too busy at all probably cause its so uninviting but they had some music on and a colour changing disco ball for the skating rink.β

Overview
KemizO Entertainment Centre in Pakenham runs five distinct activity zones under one roof: a nuclear wasteland-themed laser tag arena with 15 levels, a rollerskating rink with hire included, auto-belay rock climbing, a SkyWalk obstacle course, and arcade games alongside a toddler play area. Birthday party rooms include food in the packages. The activity pricing is among the most affordable in the region β skating with skate hire is a standout deal.
