Came to the gym with my diabetic client. When she had issues with blood sugars, and her supplies weren't working Lachie(?) Came to the rescue with glucose jelly beans which helped. Stayed to make sure everything was ok. Such a helpful and pleasant young man. Thankyou! ( sorry if I spelt the name wrong!)
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families who want aquatic and land-based activities in one visit. The gymnastics and ninja programs suit primary school kids for structured term activities. The aqua playground works well for younger children. Confirm the toddler area is operational at entry — past visitors have been charged for access to a closed zone.

“I go to this pool for my Hydrotherapy each week and I am very happy with the pool temperature and the spa. The water taps have chilled water so you can fill your water bottle”

“I came here with my sister this afternoon to look at starting a gym membership here, and the customer service I received from one of the ladies in the gym was honestly quite poor. I had been working out for 21 mins in the gym with no issues, but when I came back in from going to the bathroom the lady (I didn't get her name, but she was older and blonde) followed my sister and I to our locker asking if I had a towel. I was not informed at any point up until now that I needed a towel with me to workout in this gym.*Please note that there were other people not using a towel.* Acknowledging that we were in the wrong, my sister offered for me to use her towel since she wasn't on any equipment and we were met with "No. You need your own individual towels. It's policy. You can buy one or leave." which I found to be quite rude. I understand that she was doing her job, but as someone who also works in customer service and has done so for many years now, there is a way to go about addressing your customers. Abruptness and rudeness isn't that way, especially if there are others that the policy isn't being enforced on. I wasn't even able to stretch before leaving because I didn't have a towel. I've gone and taken the time out of my day to look at a new gym - which can be quite intimidating - and the attitude that I was met with has honestly put a bad taste in my mouth. Also being expected to pay another $5 on top of the $28 entry fee is a bit ridiculous. The other people we spoke to at the front desk Evelyn and Buwa were lovely and very accommodating, however I won't be back and wouldn't recommend the gym.”
