“Hello team, I visited the Gold Class cinema last Saturday at around 12:45 pm to watch The Housemaid. Even though it looked very busy at the time, a male Asian staff member at the counter (apologies if this description sounds rude) was incredibly kind and welcoming. He provided excellent service, and even after the movie ended, he kindly saw us off, which really made my day. The food and drinks we ordered were also delicious. I wanted to compliment this staff member but wasn’t sure how, so I decided to leave this Google review instead. Thank you for making my day such a pleasant one!”

“Going to Gold Class is normally always a great experience for me but last night I went to watch Avatar 3 and paid for a package deal which came with a beverage which i did not receive. I too work in hospitality so I understand sometimes your hands/serving tray is full or sometimes you just forget which is why I reminded the server that I hadn’t received my beverage which then he said he will check. By the time my dessert came out I still hadn’t received it so I asked the server again if I could get my beverage which was suppose to come out on the 1st round of drop offs. The movie ended and I didn’t receive my beverage at all. I was very disappointed with the lack of service in that situation as I had already paid for it and of course did not want to leave the movie to check at the bar. I normally am very understanding but Gold Class is one of my fav things to do and it’s always been great except last night.”

“Extremely unprofessional and discriminatory experience. I am 6 weeks pregnant and was resting my feet on my husband's lap (as per medical advice for edema) while waiting for our movie in the empty lobby last night at 9p.m. . A male staff member (thin，tall, black hair with ponytail) was incredibly hostile, barked orders at me to put my feet down, and aggressively demanded our tickets despite us being quiet Cinebuzz VIP members. When I explained my medical condition, he became more agitated,saying I am rude and are interrupting him and started slamming trash bin lids to intimidate me. To make matters worse, he later refused to scan our tickets at Cinema 10, intentionally walking away when it was our turn. As an Asian customer, I felt targeted and bullied. This emotional and rude behavior is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect basic respect or have medical needs.”
