Super happy with the gold class experience. Staff are lovely and informative. Shana was excellent behind the bar. Only downside was seats where still dirty. When we arrived. Definitely recommend so nice to have a drink while at the movies.

Best for Gold Coast families already at Pacific Fair who want a Gold Class session — the lounge experience is comfortable and staff are friendly. Standard sessions are a poor value proposition given the seat condition. Families making a special trip should drive to Robina for newer facilities at the same price.

“Watched the new avatar movie in gold class. Not the first time we watched in gold class and wouldn’t be the last! Food is tasty (though pricey), service friendly and chairs comfortable (but hard to press some buttons). Also highly recommend watching avatar if you haven’t already - awesome movie(s)!!”
