Fitness Centre – Pimpama

“This is my first time coming to this sports hub and using the swimming pool. The entry price was reasonable for the access you have. They provide showers, changing rooms, and free lockers, plus the ability to use all the swimming pools and the kids' water zone. There is a warm pool for you and the kids, as well as a warm pool for adults. The facility looks very clean and well-maintained; it's definitely worth the $11.20. for an adult and child I would highly recommend this swimming pool!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the security guard, Mick. I accidentally went into the pool with my car keys on me and was feeling very overwhelmed, thinking I’d have to leave my car overnight. The staff let security know, and Mick came to check on me. It turns out all I needed was a jump start, which Mick kindly helped me with. He was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for his support and wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation.”

“Surprised to stumble across this facility at the weekend. Large outdoor swimming pool with a small water activity area for kids. Swimming pool inside with a decent little cafe. Children loved it and a family pass for the day was $20. Great value for money as you can stay as long as you want. My son also lost his Crocs and that night we got a call to say that security had found them (saved me $80) - take a bow.”

“Disappointed no one mentioned that make up classes expire after certain time! I have 3 individuals attending swimming classes and it came as a surprise to me that our make up lessons were less only than I was advised by the centre that make up classes expire after certain time. It’s frustrating whenever I have contacted them to see if there was any availability they never have places for adult beginners and they expire the lessons. Our instructor was also someone new who seemed like just got qualified and he mentioned that he didn’t have qualifications to teach adults but later told us that he was told by the center that he doesn’t need that qualification. I think they should have more classes for adult beginners that gives us opportunity to do make up classes. Very disappointing!! On the other hand, we now have Zac as our instructor and he is awesome! Very friendly and always willing to assist. At times he spends his time to help us learn something we want to! Thank you Zac, you are amazing! If I have to rate you it’s 5 stars, above scoring is for the centre!”
