Good playground area with lots of different activities and play areas in the one playground. The playground includes various jugle gym areas (climbing, balance, slides and swings), a simple maze, a musical area and accessible play equipment. It also includes multiple picnic tables and sitting areas as well as plenty of shaded space.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A solid neighbourhood playground for families with children across a wide age spread — the varied equipment means a toddler and a 10-year-old can each find something suited to them. The BBQ facilities make a half-day visit practical.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

⏰BBQ pits are available on-site; bring food and a lighter for an extended stay

“Was a great playground. Heaps of space for kids to run and play. Heaps of stuff for imaginative play. Was a little bit of rubbish about, but that could easily be blamed on the wind, as it was quite an open space. Loses one star due to the fact that the original piece of park is getting a bit old and could possibly use a little revamp, to match the new-ish stuff that's gone in. Otherwise a great park we will visit again.”

“This playground is cool! Lots of different structures for kids to walk and climb on. Couple of different slides to suit different ages of children. There is a grassy area or a few tables around which is good for picnics. Overall a nice playground and great for a pit stop for the kids.”

Overview

The playground spans jungle gym climbing areas, balance equipment, multiple slides scaled to different ages, swings, a simple maze, a musical instrument zone, and accessible play equipment. BBQ pits and shaded picnic tables are on-site. A dog park sits nearby. Some of the original equipment is ageing and shows wear, and maintenance teams are described as responsive to broken timber. Grassy areas between the structures give kids space to run between sessions on the equipment.
