“Keep trying everything possible until it feels more than possible but doable!!! ❤️ Our 10 year old daughter LOVED her “Frozen” themed IceSkating Party at Iceworld today 🥰 ⛸️ 🧊 ❄️ FIRST time ever to try ice skating ⛸️ and I’m so proud of her! Very different to rollerblading and roller skating!!! And with my daughter being a neurodivergent star ⭐️ the staff at Iceworld went above and beyond to accommodate for anxiety triggers and fears of the unknown today with a quieter spot fenced off party table space and a cone marked out personal space on the skating rink- along with our very own skating guide and support host to make the party run smoothly for the birthday girl and her friends!!! THANKS so much to Jasmin and Nelson for making the day extra special!!!! We’ll definitely be back 🔜 ❤️”

“I don’t ever make reviews but the customer service I received at the Saturday night session was phenomenal ! The young girl in the canteen was very polite and patient with answering my questions as this was my husbands and my first ever time ice skating, She offered us to come back if we were having trouble skating to purchase the penguins that they have (Which we did have to come back for). The staff on the ice were very friendly and professional as well, making sure to keep other patrons safe. Overall we will absolutely be coming back again soon and will be recommending this place to other friends and family members 😊”

“Month of visit: October 2024 Our first time trying ice skating! I don’t know much about ice skating, and this was my very first time trying this. My daughter was invited to her friend’s birthday, and they played on the ice. If you are a newbie, you can have the ‘penguins’ to lean on and hold on. However, the penguins are too short, even for my 7-year-old kid. If they could have a taller one, I think that would be great. The place was pretty busy on Sunday, The location is pretty far from where we lived, but the public transportation is okay though, and the location is located not far from the bus stop.”

“This first visit was great! We had lots of fun & the staff were super friendly and inviting! There is plenty of space and seating for guests. I enjoyed the low-lights and music. My only suggestion for the business is to focus on the state of the bathrooms, other than that the place is lovely 🫶🏻”
