Ice Zoo Sydney
π Alexandria, NSW
Large relocated rink in Alexandria with disco sessions, birthday party packages, and street parking nearby. A five-minute walk from Green Square station makes it one of inner Sydney's most accessible ice skating venues.
Great to see the re-located rink. Itβs huge! Easy parking around entrance on Johnson St. (left at 22 OβRiordan St driving towards Mascot). 5 minute walk to Green Square train station.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for school-age kids and teens who thrive in loud, high-energy environments β disco sessions are a highlight for groups and birthday celebrations. The venue is large and hectic; families with noise-sensitive or neurodivergent children should factor that in. Tiny tots skating lessons run on Saturdays.

βLast night we celebrated my sons 10th birthday here with his mates. The staff were fantastic; so lovely and efficient. Did the disco night session which is for 6-8pm. He had an absolute ball. Thank you for making his birthday so special. The venue overall is hectic! Would not recommend for neurodivergence kiddos who canβt cope with noise and crowds. We were very squashed in by a larger party next to us and many adults wanting our seating as there isnβt any downstairs. As long as you realise this isnβt a quiet skate and cake style party - youβll have a great time.β

βThis was a great indoor activity for a rainy day. It was easy enough to park on the street (it is all 2P) Prices were reasonable It was really tight around the rink to move around so found it hard to change from shoes to skates. The ice itself was good and not wet like other rinks. Definetly a great place to take the kids!β

βAs I understand, it's a temporary rink, but the condition of the ice is terrible. The ceiling drips creating holes that they have to fill up, causing many significant bumps and divots in the ice. And this is all across the ice. As someone just starting out with ice skating it makes it a terrible experience, constantly getting skates caught in these. Feels like a genuine safety issue that isn't getting resolved. Great location, but small sized rink and no seating.β
