“Came here looking for a decent outdoor pool and was very happy with the water quality! It was so crystal clear, probably the best one in Melbourne. I was surprised at how warm the pool was as well. Most other pools have a thin layer of dirt, dead skin and strange shapes but the bottom of the outdoor pool was spotless! Also used the sauna, very nice and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful not sure what the other reviews are on about :/ Also like how the showers have a handle and not an annoying push button. Bathrooms were nice and clean. It’s a shame the outdoor pool is closed from the 20th of April onwards. Will definitely be coming back 😊”

“I usually don’t leave reviews but I am just about to sign up for this gym and had Marie take me and my grandmother through a walk through of the facilities. She was very attentive in informing us each of classes that might suit each of us better as well as answering any questions we had (I had a lot). Marie was fantastic and patient through the whole process and explaining membership costs and differences. Really great first impression of the place and she brought onboard 2 new customers as we will definitely be signing up. Thanks so much, it’s very hard to find this level of attentiveness and high level of customer service at gyms.”

“Fair new centre. With that in mind not enough showers in change rooms. Im a member with blue electronic tag, have gad a few problems with those. Generally a good facility. I enjoy the rehab pool. But there are a number of pools, gym, classes etc.”
