1 / 3Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas
π Adelaide, SA
Adelaide's premier indie cinema with 12 screens spanning contemporary, international, and festival films. Full bar, cafe, and private birthday screenings for up to 18 guests. Membership available for regular visitors.
My first visit to this cinema. Initially a bit hard to find set back off the street. Looked small until you walk in and realise, although a strange layout, there are lots of cinemas and plenty of space. Good candy bar with some additional food, alcohol and coffee options. Really enjoyed the experience in the cinema with great picture and sound and comfortable seating. Highly recommend and a great choice of movies.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older children and teens who want more than multiplex blockbusters. Parents can grab a drink at the bar as kids enjoy fresh popcorn. The private screening option is a standout for birthday parties. Younger children may find the boutique seating less roomy than major chains.

βWe had a private screening of The Substance to cap off a Halloween bus tour in 2024. We arrived fairly messy and left even messier however the professionals at The Palace took extremely good care of us. From the setup to the end - they were amazing. For a great price, I cannot recommend a private screening for you and your friends enough at Palace Nova. Thanks so much guys :)β

βI love this place. The variety of movies they show is outstanding. So many options not usually available at the main/ major clomplexes. Reasonably priced tix, i can hit the bar before going in. I go here on average, once a month. If i could give more stars, i would!β

βMy go-to cinema to see new films! The bar staff are lovely and make good drinks. The popcorn is always fresh and delicious βΊοΈ The seats aren't the most comfortable but they have cup holders and the cinema has always been clean when I'm there. Prices are good here and if you're a regular movie-goer, they have a good membership plan for you to get great value too.β
