βBathrooms not maintained. No toilet paper, floors horrible, no paper towel and hand dryer not working, water all over sinks. Very quiet in between movies so not sure why so dirty and unmaintained. This was mid morning all by mid morning. Floors had the appearance of not having been done in a while.β

βTerrible experience yesterday with the complex manager. She was completely rude and unhelpful and even suggested we get our drinks elsewhere, which I donβt see how that is helpful. I couldnβt see what drinks were available as I canβt see that far without my glasses, so I asked if there were any no sugar options. I first asked for Pepsi Max and she said there was none, which was fine. I then asked if there were any other no sugar options, but she repeated that the Pepsi Max was out of order in such a rude and blunt tone, without even considering the actual question I asked. It felt like she was annoyed that she even had to talk to us. There are plenty of soft drinks that are no sugar, not just Pepsi Max, so it was a simple question. Instead it felt like we were being treated as if we were bothering her. She then said we could have water or get our drinks from somewhere else. Why would someone who is trying to buy drinks get them from somewhere else? Of course I know I can, but saying that in that tone felt dismissive and rude. We came in happy, smiling and excited and left feeling completely underwhelmed. We didnβt do anything wrong and were just asking a simple question. Given that we were polite and friendly, I can only assume this behaviour may have been influenced by the fact that Iβm Asian. There was no other explanation for such unnecessarily rude treatment.β

βFive stars to the staff they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately cinema 2 was musty and smelly carpet smelling wet or mouldy. Chairs need to be put out of their misery. If I was wearing short sleeves I would have sat with my arms crossed saving me from getting a tetanus. Question answered was wondering why lights were so dim when we entered because you wouldnβt sit on the seats if you actually saw what they looked like. You could Blue light app on your phone but then you probably wonβt stop screaming. Walked out of the cinema and my shoes were sticky on the tiled areas from the carpet. Went shopping at big w in the same plaza and my shoeβs were still sticking to the floor. Thatβs some powerful sticky stuff.β
