The staff genuinely care about the kids and made sure every child felt included and happy. The host was absolutely amazing — friendly, energetic, and in complete control of the party, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free for the parents. The food was fresh and served right on time, and everything was handled professionally. Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want the party to end, which says everything. Because of this positive experience, many of the mums in our group have already decided they’ll be hosting their upcoming parties there as well. I’ve also visited this venue in the past when it was under the previous owner, and I can confidently say the new management has completely transformed the experience. They are clearly putting in extra effort and going above and beyond to make sure both kids and parents have a wonderful and memorable time. The food served was hot and fresh. Our kids enjoyed it very much on the jumping castles. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The new management is honestly doing a great job. You can clearly see the positive difference in the way everything is organized and handled.
