Rose Hedge Reserve Playground
π Sydenham, VIC
Castle-themed reserve playground in Sydenham featuring a three-story spiral tunnel slide, wooden dragon sculpture, ninja warrior equipment, five swing types, spinning elements, rope nets, BBQ areas, basketball court, and soccer field.
My kids favourite park in the area. Has a massive castle themed slide and also swings and see-saw. It also has a lot of older kids challenges such as a climb the pole, curved monkey bars and other balancing pieces. Great for jnr. Ninja warrior practice that's for sure! There is a BBQ and a bazebo so certainly a great option for an outdoors birthday party
π Family Action Verdict
The castle structure and ninja warrior section make this the standout playground for families with school-aged kids who want a physical challenge. Toddlers are covered with dedicated swing seats. The BBQ, gazebo, and oval make it a strong birthday party venue for families who want sport and play in one location. Best for ages 2-12.

βGood park for toddlers and up. There are two swings that are perfect for little ones who are sitting up and can hold onto the chains of the swing. One that you place bubs in and sit in the other end to swing and another just for bubs. Heaps for toddlers and up to do though so thatβs a plus if you have kids that age. Great walking track around the park and basketball courtsβ
