Timezone & Zone Bowling Watergardens

“Came into Zone bowling watergardens on the 15th to bring my child for a birthday party. My plan was to stay for a little while to see how things go as i am interested in having my sons birthday here, but after spending around 30 minutes, i decided to stay for the whole time. Let me just say wow! As a parent attending this birthday party i could confidently say it was so well organised and taken care of. I wasn’t there when the party host said hello but she was awesome! However what i was very impressed by was the party coordinator. I believe her name was Paris (i’m sorry if i got this wrong!), but she was amazing!! She was constantly making sure we were okay with how everything was going, checking in with us whenever she got the chance, and even though it was quite busy she looked very calm and kept everything very organised. I was speaking to the other parents about her and they all told me they have attended parties here before, and every time they have, Paris has been coordinating and the day was perfect! This was very impressive to hear considering how young she looked yet so mature. The kids had such an amazing time and i will definitely be booking a party here. Thank you so much!!!”

Kathy kept everyone engaged, made sure the games ran smoothly, and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she truly made our daughter feel like the star of the day. The kids had an absolute blast with all the games and activities, and the party area was set up perfectly. The whole experience was seamless, fun, and full of laughter. It was so lovely to be able to relax and actually enjoy the party while Kathy took care of everything. “We had a really nice experience. The host treated us so well, and the supervision was excellent. We were very happy with their work. From 4 to 7, I was completely stress-free even though there were 18 kids! Managing 18 kids is not easy, but they did an amazing job. Their communication was also very nice. It was my first time celebrating here, and I’m really happy overall. If anyone asks me where to celebrate their child’s birthday, I’ll definitely recommend this place. 🎉”

“Had my best friends sons birthday party at Timezone on the 1st of March. The party host was Illianna and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was super friendly, organised and made sure all the kids were having fun the whole time. The kids loved her energy and she handled everything so smoothly.
