“We are THRILLED and had WONDERFUL time at the Fun Spaceship! The food was AMAZING, Thanks to Chef Robert!! The staff (Emelie) were nice and accommodating from the moment I checked the venue for my twins 9th Birthday Party. All our guests were surprised when they entered the place and really enjoyed themselves. KIDS and PARENTS loved that its exclusive for us. Definitely recommended and tested!!! Thank you once again”

“As told by my daughter from her visit today 13/12/22- visited with her vacation care group, on arrival the staff initially said there was no booking in place but there was as the vacation care had called to confirm this. The facilites were small and some things in the play area were not working properly. It was also very hot inside.”

“Book this place as a last minute booking due to another place shutting down. Apon booking i was advise that the seating area under the play ground was dark and small , there for they suggested the out door area. And i asked if raining does it get wet as there will be kids running around and i dont want them to full over. The said the rain does get through the area and they can stop that. I said i will book the area and just see on the day if rain (as a safety issue for the children) They day came and no one there to great us , i had to find a cleaner that said i wasnt allowed in the daycare area (i had to try and find someone as nothing set up and i couldnt get outside to check) the cleaning advise she didnt know anything that there is no communication from them. We pay alot of money for the party and i was so disappointed in the lack of responsibility in the events manager and communication to anyone going to be for the day. I was advise if guest needed coffee or tea on the day to order through chef (i couldn't find anyone to order and ended up ubereats for my guest. I advise the centre we didnt use the outdoor area as it was raining and water everywhere so we had to have the event inside. To there response sorry no refund (which wasnt advise on time of payment) i dont recommend this place as it is so unorganized for the money you pay.”
