I would like to thank the wonderful team at Timezone Rouse Hill for making my son and daughterβs combined birthday party such a great experience. A special thank you to Jamiel and Sophia who managed 31 kids so patiently from start to finish. They handled everything beautifully, answered the kidsβ endless questions, helped with cake cutting, and made sure everything was cleaned up smoothly. Another staff member kindly brought a shopping cart at the end to help us gather all our belongings together β such a thoughtful gesture. The centre manager on duty on 7th March and the rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. What a fantastic team who truly understand great customer service. Highly recommend Rouse Hill Timezone for birthday parties! π

βLarge range of ticket machine and very little actual arcade machines. No street fighter or Tekken type games here. There is laser tag and bowling here though.β

βWe couldnβt have asked or hoped for a better host for my sonβs Timezone party. Jamiel kept us on track for time, helped all the kids and adults with any queries we had. He was helpful and approachable and had a smile throughout. The party package itself was great value. It worked out better that we could bring our own food for the party and cake/desserts and drinks.β

βA huge thank you to Rem, our party host at Timezone who looked after us so well. He was very accommodating, attentive, and made my daughter feel really special on her birthday. Everything ran smoothly and the kids had an amazing time. We truly appreciate the care and effort highly recommend! ππβ
