“I would have given 1 star, but the staff are lovely, so I’ve rated it 2. Every time I walk into a cinema, I smell popcorn… this cinema has a strong smell as if people urinate on the carpets. The Gold Class experience here is not worth the money and had a foul stench which detracts from the experience. I would recommend trying other locations instead for a cinema, surprised they haven’t closed this down or renovated it at least.”

“Really disappointing. These cinemas are now extremely dated, their flagship ‘Luxe’ cinema has ripped seats and a damp smell. Booked a movie here on the weekend for a “Family Fun Day”, paid extra for the tickets, but staff knew nothing about it, and there was no family fun. Will not be back, and we are fairly regular movie goers here. In dire need of a full refurbishment.”
