“Amna was a wonderful host and the kids had great fun! 🤩 5 star. Feedback on your booking system is that it doesn’t work. We were given a link to ask parents to register their kids but there is absolutely no-where to check who registered. We rang the establishment twice and no-one could figure out who had registered or even where you find out. Secondly we were charged for 13 and told they could easily refund 2 people but this process took more than 30 mins, the computer froze and they ended up having to give us a gift card because they could get the system to refund. I think your technology is letting you down and needs some focus. The kids had an amazing time on the dogems and Laser tag - so we definitely recommend this for a fun and memorable party!”

From the moment you walk in, they are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time, whether it’s helping with games, explaining machines, or just greeting you with a smile. “My partner and I took his little brothers and cousins at timezone tonight. Staff named Jack was working at the time and he was so friendly and accommodating. We went to the bumper cars about 4 times that night then went to lazer tag- he was always willing to assist every time with a smile on his face! The kids had so much fun! It’s always nice to have staff with good customer service. Thanks for all your assistance Jack! It would be greatly appreciated if the manager could acknowledge him with recognition. 🙌🏽”

“Great place for our son’s party. Well organised but also balanced so it allowed the kids to have fun and freedom. Ethan was the best host. He was great with the kids, friendly ands professional and was readily available if needed. Showed plenty of initiative and allowed the party to run smoothly with just the right amount of fun chaos.”
