“We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s 7th birthday at Timezone Top Ryde yesterday! A huge shout-out to our amazing party hosts, Lucas and Angelika, who made everything run so smoothly from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful in organising the party, guiding the kids through all the fun activities — laser tag, arcade games, and bumper cars — and making sure everyone had a great time. Both of them were kind, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were — always putting themselves in the customers’ shoes and finding ways to make things even better. There was a brief centre-wide incident that affected the kitchen for a short while, but the staffs and manager handled it exceptionally well. They kept me updated in real time, offered alternatives, and did their best to minimise any delay with the food. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Timezone Top Ryde to anyone looking for a fun, well-organised party venue. Thank you again to Lucas, Angelika, and the whole team for making my son’s birthday so special! 🎉”
