🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children of all ages spending a day or half-day in the Sydney CBD. The playground scale and water features make it genuinely exceptional rather than a basic city green space. Food options are plentiful across all price points.

What a great place to visit, whether you are visiting ICC / TikTok entertainment Centre across the park or you’re in darling harbour and happen to walk past or stop at darling quarter there’s so many things to do, see and dine at. Many places to choose from McDonald’s to more upmarket restaurants and establishments. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, along with a massive outdoor park for the kids and a grassed area with large screens for outside engagement and entertainment. If you haven’t been to darling quarter, it’s a must. Enjoy the city sights, while you enjoy a bite to eat with yourself, friends or family.

Best playground we've ever been to! So many different activities for the kids to do. It's so large it doesn't ever feel crowded. Large splash pad and sprinklers as well as an in ground water system with dams and levers etc.

The Darling Quarter playground is large enough to absorb crowds without feeling packed, and the water play area — featuring in-ground systems, dams, levers, and sprinklers — holds children attention for extended periods. The surrounding precinct includes restaurants ranging from quick-service to sit-down dining, an IMAX theatre, a merry-go-round, and direct access to the Darling Harbour waterfront.
