Everything was perfect. Communication in the lead up to the party was quick and easy. It was no problem for them to cater for a Gluten Free party and they assisted in making sure the ice cream cake we ordered through them was also Gluten Free. They were also very careful to check for other dietary requirements on the day. On the day the ladies were amazing. They were great with the kids, entertaining and gave the kids easy to follow instructions for the activity (tie dye). They also included instructions for the parents on how to wash the tie dye stuff they made. 100% recommend. My daughter had what she called the best birthday ever and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I also got a few compliments from other parents on the staff and how wonderful they were.

“We had an amazing experience at Fizz Kidz for our son Austin’s birthday party! From start to finish, the team was organised, friendly, and fantastic with the kids. The activities were engaging, age-appropriate, and so much fun — all the children were fully involved and excited the whole time. The hosts did a wonderful job managing the group and making every child feel included, which made the day completely stress-free for us as parents. Austin had the best time, and we received so many lovely comments from other parents about how much their kids enjoyed it.
