“Let's start with the only good thing - Staff! The staff were super helpful and friendly. They certainly tried their best to accommodate us. Service was good and they often came by to check in on us if we needed anything else. The food was average at best. The pizza was just drowned in cheap cheese and nothing else in the flavor stood out. Side note, I have been to other game venues and the food is definitely more decent than this. The atmosphere - This is where it all came to the bad rating! The air con I was told, was switched on but every single one of us was sweating! We literally had to use our food and drinks menu to fan ourselves. For a venue where you expect a lot of people to gather and NO ventilation that the air con would be decent, but NOPE. It was hot in there and I was in shorts and a very light tee! Hopefully they improve and until they do, we won't be back unfortunately.”
