“We recently hosted our son’s 8th birthday party at SuperPark, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team was very accommodating and flexible, especially with a few last-minute changes to the final headcount. That really helped ease the stress of party planning. The kids had an amazing time — they were constantly on the move and thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. Even a few of the adults couldn’t resist joining in the fun inside the indoor playground! Everything was neat, clean, and well-organized. The food was served right on time, which kept the party running smoothly. It was such a fun-filled and completely hassle-free celebration. The goodie bags at the end were a lovely touch and made the kids even more excited. Overall, it was a fantastic birthday party experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and exciting venue for their child’s special day!”

“We recently visited SuperPark Highpoint and had so much fun! This massive indoor adventure park at Highpoint Shopping Centre has over 15 interactive activities under one roof, spread across multiple themed zones, so there’s something for all ages to enjoy.  The kids absolutely loved the Adventure Area with climbing frames, pedal car track and giant playground, while the Games Arena had heaps of cool challenges like digital basketball, SuperBowling and more. The Freestyle Hall was a hit too, with trampolines and obstacle-style courses that kept everyone active and laughing.  It’s a really clean, well-organised venue with friendly staff and a vibe that makes it great for families, school holiday days out, rainy day plans or even a unique birthday celebration.  We also thought the variety of activities, from physical play to games with a bit of skill and competition, makes it worth a visit no matter the age.”

“The facilities are excellent, but the food quality was very disappointing. The pizza and pies were not up to standard, and the kids did not enjoy them at all. The menu and overall food offering need serious review. Management should implement regular taste-testing by staff and seek honest internal feedback to ensure the food being served is acceptable. Improving the food quality should be a priority, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.”

“We had a great time at SuperPark. Staff were lovely and friendly with my kids. While it was annoying that they had the ball pit closed, it was fantastic to see a place that actually cleans the balls. That was fun to learn about. We got there early on a Friday and had the place to ourselves for a bit. We will be back!”
